Bernd Hauck specializes in figure illustrations and etchings, lithographic printing, drawings, and sculpture. Bernd was born December 19th, 1950 in Wolfsburg, West Germany. After leaving school he finished an apprenticeship as an electro-machine fitter and completed his civil service duties working with elderly citizens in the Wolfsburger Altenheim.

From 1974 to 1979 he studied Free Arts in the Staatlichen Hochschule (State University) for Fine Arts in Braunschweig, West Germany. He then studied graphics under Prof. Sartorius and sculpture under Prof. Pilgrim. Bernd now works as a freelance graphic designer and artist and has had exhibitions in well known galleries in Europe.
